Print Top-ups & Job Ticketing
Update - We are continuing to wait for our third party provider to provide a permanent fix, which is currently affecting the ability for students to top-up their print credits and access to Job Ticketing.

Further updates will be posted when available.

Update - We are continuing to work with our third parties. Further brief outages to printing may be experienced during this time.

Update - Printing is available again. We are working on the final parts to restore the print top-ups and job ticketing.

Identified - An issue has been identified. Printing services will be briefly unavailable whilst we apply a fix.
Further updates will be posted when services have been restored.

Investigating - We are aware students are currently unable to top-up print credits. In addition, access to Job Ticketing (Print Bureau's) is also unavailable.

We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue.

We anticipate a short outage of printing will be required later this morning, and will communicate details accordingly.

Please be advised that the HR and Payroll system (iTrent/MyHR, including People Manager and Employee Self Service) will be unavailable on Saturday September 19th from 00:00 to 12:00 to allow for planned system maintenance. During this time access to the Core system, along with payslips, personal information, approval workflows, and manager functions will not be possible. Service will be reinstated as soon as the maintenance has been completed.
